<image:title>Long Run Park Circuit Race - Falls City Bikeworks</image:title>
<image:caption>This year Equifax - Clarksville Schwinn has committed to help fundraise for and volunteer at Falls City Community Bikeworks, Louisville’s non-profit, volunteer-operated bike shop. This organization relies on volunteers to repair and donate bicycles for low income Louisvillians, often providing them with their only form of reliable transportation. When the devastating tornado hit eastern Kentucky earlier this year, FCCB sent a box truck full of refurbished bikes to tornado victims. We will be raffling a gift basket from Four Roses Bourbon, and other assorted Bourbon bottles to fundraise for FCCB. Please join us to support their mission.</image:caption>

Cyclocross Resurrection this year is BYOB if you’d like a little drink after (or during) your race. As a treat. We tried really hard to get a beer vendor, but the city didn’t approve our temporary permit in time. We’ll get ‘em next year. We sponsor beginners! We cover all extra onsite and USA Cycling fees. This organization relies on volunteers to repair and donate bicycles for low income Louisvillians, often providing them with their only form of reliable transportation. When the devastating tornado hit eastern Kentucky earlier this year, FCCB sent a box truck full of refurbished bikes to tornado victims. And then when shop manager Nathan Green was hit by a car, this group of caring people rallied to provide him love and resources to get better. We will be collecting cash donations for FCCB. Please join us to support their mission.</image:caption>

If you are looking for a hard, fast ride you’re welcome to challenge yourself but be sure to BYOB (bring your own buddy). Depending on turnout, we will coordinate groups so no one is left behind. All are welcome! Due to elevation gain and surface, expect an endurance pace of 13 mph for the Ferdinand ride. RSVP! We had well over 30 folks from around the region come to the event. To ensure some riders feel comfortable they will not be “too slow or inexperienced” we have opened a free RSVP page on BikeReg. Particularly if you’re thinking about coming to the 30 miler, RSVP and then check out the “Who’s Registered?” tab!</image:caption>
